Solution of Car Camera's Common Problem

1, Carcam's down

The Carcam's down means that it is staying in a certain state when the power problem is excluded, the dashcam does not open or carcam does not react working.

Meathods of settlement:

(1)First removed  SD card or TF card , and then press the power button to confirm if dashcam can work;

(2)If still does not open up, later find machine side's "RESTE" hole and using some object like needle poke the hole, and then press power button check that if dashcam can work.

(3)If the black box works normally,  it indicates that the problem is from TF  Card.  

(4) Insert the card after formated. If there is such a case, suggested that change a TF Card.


2. No Open

When dashcam don't open up, pls first using (1) meathods of carcam's down, or following the blow meathods.  

Methods of settlement:

(1) Check if the power line is normal, check if the car charger's signal light is working and carcam's charging signal light?

(2)Check whether the open is working or not. Usually pressed dashcam's power button, its signal light will be light ( bule light ).                        

(3) Taken out the card and then Reset dashcam, later press the boot button to see if it is open.

(4) If you can't solve the problem, please contact us.


3, Stop automatically in the process of recording

The reason is that very huge high definition video data fulled in the memory space. Solution methods is as followes:

(1) Check whether carcam set up the function of video recording.

(2) Check the recording format of the machine and set the video format to save space as much as possible.

(3) Please use  high speed  as well as compatible SDHC's TF card. High speed TF card will be C4 or C6 logo.


4,  Appear pause or skip When the video image replay

The main reason is that stored data happen errors or memory card quality problems.

(1) Using format fuction, and format your SD card or TF card;

(2) Check whether your card is " Bad card " ( Fake card), if it is, please change to the original Jin Shidun original card.


5. A misty or blurred film after recording

The main reason may be that the lens is not clean enough, or the front windshield is not clean enough.

The solution: wipe the lens clean.


6. Image is too dark or light when the car back box is taking

The reason is because of the large contrast scene, which affects the automatic exposure function of the machine.

Solution: adjust the photosensitivity function.


7, Not perfect image in cloudy or indoor conditions,

The solution: adjust the white balance.


8. There are cross stripe interference in images

The reason is that the wrong light source frequency is setted up.

Solution: according to the local power supply frequency, setting up the corresponding 50HZ or 60HZ.


9. Very large noise in the process of video

The main reason is the low power.

Solution:  Charging the carcam enough.


10. Video incoherent in the computor

The reason may be that the card is incompatible or the player format has problems.

Terms of settlement:

(1) first of all, it is suggested that change a computer player.

(2) replace a formatted high speed card.


11. The car charging and driving recorder power indicator light is bright but not open

The reason may be that the car does not match.

Solution: use the original car charge!


12. How to repair the carcam white screen

Terms of settlement:

White screen is one of the most common failures of carrecorder, and it is also a serious failure, because once the white screen appears, it basically needs to be repaired. Most of the reasons for the white screen are circuit problems, such as poor contact of battery, disjunction of circuit board welding position and so on. After some tachograph dual lens particularly white screen, the reason is because the lens and the host is connected by wire connection, if the connection head loose, appear poor contact, there will be a white screen, if this is the case, you can shutdown, then pull out the plug connection line again again, remember to put in place.
